Email 邮件地址： 请输入有效地址，

PWD 注册密码： 只能是英文、数字,
密码长度为6—16个字符。
Confirmed pwd 确认密码：   同上，保持密码一致。

Name in Full 英文姓名： 只能是英文、数字,最长50个字符。
Chinese Name 中文姓名： 只能是汉字，最多6个汉字。

  公司名称 (中文)： 只能是汉字，常用符号。最多50个汉字。
Address： 最长100个字符。
详细地址(中文)： 最长100个字符。
Postal Code 邮政编码： 只能是６个数字。
Position/Title： 只能是英文、数字,常用字符最长100个字符。
公司职位： 只能是汉字，常用符号。最多50个汉字。

付款程序及电汇方法 Payment Procedure
请填妥申请表格，寄回商会秘书处
•  同时通过以下方式交纳会费：
  1) 请带同所 现金/支票亲自到商会秘书处缴交
  2) 电汇或转帐到以下商会银行账户：
 开户名称：中国香港(地区)商会
 开户银行：中国建设银行北京建国支行
 账号：6510092022610131889
若是境外电汇，银行手续费及汇率差额 由会员支付。
•   汇款后请即将银行电汇底单传真到秘书处
•   一经收到申请表，并确认已交会员，商会即确认会员资格， 并立即把收据寄回填写之联系地址。		 • Please fill out the form and send back to our office.
• Use following methods to pay the membership fee.
  1) Pay by cash or cheque to our office in person.
  2) T/T or bank in money into our bank account in beijing
